Today every Canadian company - large or small - needs a “China Strategy”. This highly interactive Canadian Women Entrepreuners' Mission to China and Hong Kong (November 23 - December 5, 2009) has been specially designed to help women learn more about the world’s most dynamic economy and to discover first hand the potential the Greater China area has for business.
China has changed the way the world does business. No longer merely the manufacturing centre of the world, its growing middle and upper class, a dynamically evolving economy, a growing culture of innovation, and great advances toward international best business practices make China a must see now.
The 2009 Canadian Women Entrepreuners' Mission to China and Hong Kong is designed for Canadian women business leaders who want to gain a broad understanding of the world’s most dynamic economy, assess and explore specific business opportunities, and initiate the networks and partnerships that are necessary for sustainable business in the greater China region.
Beyond the opportunities to meet with key business and government influencers in China and Hong Kong, delegates with their own rich experiences and networks will have the opportunity to engage with business leaders outside their own organization – within the Women’s delegation itself, and also at the prestigious international 10th Hong Kong Forum.
If you haven’t visited China or Hong Kong yet, or don’t know where to start to learn more about the market for your particular products, this mission can help. Learn how to do business in China and Hong Kong; what key business strategies to use to pursue those opportunities; and what resources are available to help realize those plans. Participants will also meet, and have an opportunity to ask questions and learn from other women executives and entrepreneurs including many Canadian women who have already successfully entered the Greater China market. Meet potential business partners, key government and business leaders and discover new trading opportunities to get started in this critically important international market.
